Noëllie Bourdoiseau brings a depth of Australian and international experience to occupational hygiene, hazardous materials management, and environmental consulting across regional southern Australia. Her career spans a diverse range of sectors, including quarries, mining, industrial operations, civil construction, manufacturing, insurance, and defence providing her with a practical, cross-industry understanding of complex health and environmental risks.
With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management and a Diploma of Technology in Biological Engineering, specialising in Environmental Engineering, Noëllie combines strong scientific foundations with real-world application. She is a NSW SafeWork Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA), delivering competent, compliant, and defensible hazardous materials assessments in line with regulatory and industry standards.
Noëllie is an active member of leading professional bodies, including the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH), the French Society of Occupational Hygienists (SOFHYT), and the Australian Land and Groundwater Association (ALGA). Her involvement reflects a commitment to professional integrity, ongoing development, and global best practice.
Based in Wagga Wagga, NSW, for more than 11 years, Noëllie is deeply connected to the region she serves. Beyond her professional work, she is an engaged member of the local community, serving on the board of the Alliance Française de Wagga Wagga and supporting initiatives that strengthen cultural and community ties.
Through technical excellence, practical insight, and a strong local presence, Noëllie leads 2HEM with a clear focus on protecting people, workplaces, and the environment.
